I recently joined Matthias’ lab in February 2019 for my BSc graduation internship. At the moment I am a student of the Avans University of Applied Science, Chemistry Food and Pharma in The Netherlands. I have been provided with the opportunity to expand my knowledge in the proteomic work field during my 5 months internship in Newcastle. During this time period I will be working on a proteomic screening of plasma to identify hormone specific characteristics after a bilateral adrenalectomy in Cushing’s disease.
